Warranty

Warranty you can count on

All Zion Trailer models are precision-engineered for exceptional safety, reliability, and performance. Each model features the industry’s leading electrical and mechanical components, ensuring the highest quality. To give you peace of mind, we back every Zion Trailer model with an outstanding 2 year warranty:

This comprehensive warranty ensures that your Zion Trailer model is covered for any potential manufacturing defects, providing you with confidence in its long-term reliability.

Warranty conditions

Zion Trailer warrants that any new Zion Trailer will carry a two year structural warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Chassis

  • Body frame

  • Roof Frame

  • Suspension

Customer’s responsibility

Under this warranty, your responsibilities are to:

  • Operate and maintain the trailer in an appropriate manner.

  • Notify an authorised Zion Trailer representative of any apparent defects within 10 days of discovery and make the trailer available for inspection (please include recent photos with your notice).

Note: The phrase “warranty void if trailer not serviced every 12 months” means your warranty will be invalid if the trailer is not serviced at least once yearly by a qualified, reputable mechanic. Regular servicing is critical to maintain the trailer’s structure, wheels, brakes, tires, and safety features — and to avoid issues caused by neglect. Failure to follow this schedule may forfeit warranty coverage for repairs or defects.

If any of the above Zion Trailer Warranty terms are not met, the warranty will be considered void. Zion Trailer reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if neglect is determined (and reserves the right to define “neglect”).

General exclusions

This warranty does not cover failure caused by:

  • Inadequate service/maintenance (trailers are road vehicles and require regular mechanical servicing by a service centre or qualified mechanic — proof of service may be required).

  • Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse (including lack of proper maintenance/use).

  • Accident or collision damage.

  • Installation of non-original equipment parts/accessories.

  • Fading, rust, or deterioration due to exposure or ordinary wear and tear.

  • Modifications/alterations that affect the trailer’s condition, operation, purpose, or durability.

  • Damage from incorrect transportation.

  • Acts of God (e.g., lightning, hail, flood, fire, etc.).
